Hi, I'm Daree Allen Nieves, a commissioned Nevada Notary Public and certified Loan Signing Agent. I spent years as an in-home caregiver, working with families through some of their hardest decisions, including my own.

The notarization itself is priced by the State of Nevada as follows:
Travel is billed separately, based on my drive time to and from your location, with a 2-hour minimum. This fee is permissible, but not required by law. It covers the cost of coming to you.
Your travel fee is non-refundable if:
